Lucban Batis Aramin

Hello guys! I'm about to do my last blog but this is not the last, I hope you enjoy and learn something in my experience on how I enjoy my life and the moments in my life that I shared.
Thanks for Mr. Roderick Cuevas :D  because I've learn something that I will never forget and thanks for sharing your knowledge to us. I hope you all enjoy guys.

Batis Aramin is a 2.5 hectare property with many swimming pools, man-made pond, adventure camp and offers a lot of activities for its guests. They have rooms with kitchen where you can cook. Although, they charge for electric cooking appliances brought in. Their rooms are spacious and affordable.
We stayed in Harana , though we got a nice view, the maintenance especially the cleanliness in the area is good.

We got a room good for 5 persons but I think it can fit even 8 persons because of how large the room is. The swimming pools we dipped ourselves in were 2-4 feet deep. I don't know if there are any that's deeper than this.

We enjoyed all the swimming pools that was maintained once in a while. Lifeguard was also visible. All of the personnels that we encountered were friendly and courteous.

Dalitiwan Resort at Majayjay Laguna

According to the old folks, the name "dalitiwan" came from two words "dalit-iwan" (well literally means "hurry up and leave it ").

Aside from the famous Taytay or Imelda Falls, this is another great destination to try with your friends and family. The cold crystal-clear water of the river is actually one of Majayjay's pride. In this peaceful time, now the river serves as a relief from the hot weather. Its invigorating water will surely wake your body up.
The management keeps on improving the resort so renovations are still on-going.

We stay here for the overnight,The entrance fee is 150php for the overnight stay. This place is peaceful and relaxing , the flow of the river sounds good If you intend to go to Dalitiwan Resort, you mus bring your own food as there are no restaurants or fast food joints in the area.

S&R shopping store

The Main advantage of shopping at S&R is their selection of imported goods. I came here for the first time and I know that Aside from these benefits, I love shopping at S&R because it has a different feel than if I go to other regular groceries or supermarkets. You will be able to find imported items such as chips, drinks, chocolates, sauces, pasta's frozen goods, toiletries, wines, appliances, etc that are usually not found elsewhere in manila.

we are so Hungry and we decided to buy 2 big pizza, I love that pizza! Affordable and very filling, slices are big, a lot of cheese and packed with toppings, and the dough is just right. Well I really love their pepperoni pizza as well as their fries. Just on slice of it can make me feel completely satisfied and full.

The 16th Congress

The reason why it's called 16th Congress is because it's address is #16 Congressional Ave. QC.
I was intrigued by the name so we decided to check it out. When we entered, there were 2 servers standing 4-5 tables away from us. But none of them welcomed us. There was no "Hi! Welcome to 16th Congress!" nor a "Good evening!". They just stared at us and handed over the menu.We ordered 2 bucket of beers sizzling pork Sisig and They say that the Junk foods can enter inside the bar.

Explore places around you, find the best ones, and lets you share your experiences with friends. The Beers are affordable and Pork sisig is the best. I might go back here again just because it's so inconvenient for me and it's clean plus it's quiet and relaxing.

Isla Vista Beach Resort

This is a resort that suits for families, couples, company outing and all the more. The good thing here is that it is really affordable, and I don't usually set my expectations too high cause I think its really not pricey, yet the experience is really quite pleasant for us. The staff are not that friendly but they are approachable, of course for the better opinion. But if you're looking for something adventurous, i don't think this is the place. Oh well, you will just go to Potipot so I think its fine.

“We were 8 in the group, so we stayed at the dormitory. Its really nice to have two toilet and a shower room, as well as the aircon are two.”

Potipot Island in Zambales

There's an entrance fee of PHP 100 each for day tour, It's a private island you can go around the shore and has a clear water and white sand. Potipot Island is one of the popular beach getaway to be visit in Zambales but they need to improve their facilities like CR and accommodation. And don't forget to take a picture in driftwood, the most popular photo spot and every tourist came for this.

A 5 minute boat ride only making it more accessible and our guests are able to have more time doing their socials etc. This cute Cute Little Island is a must visit place as well here in Zambales. Great place to bring your loved ones, friends, work mates, team and so on and so forth.

It was a weekend so you'd expect a lot of travelers. It must be a private island since you had to pay PHP 100 as an 'entrance fee' but only has CR for creature comforts. Cottages are paid separately. Trees are aplenty so staying in the shade is easy, even when swimming. Not sure if there's a lifeguard on-duty or security personnel. Ambulant vendors make sure you don't go hungry, thirsty or go home without souvenirs. Pretty commercial island for something so far from Manila.

Tagaytay Sky Ranch

The entrance fee is 75 pesos during weekends. The rides are mostly for kids. Nothing much to do inside. The restaurants were okay. The ferris wheel is very expensive 150 pesos per person for 1 round. I think kids are going to enjoy this place but not for the adults.

The rides are not really bad and the place is cool (temperature) like the rest of Tagaytay. There is an entrance fee and separate fees per rides. If you try all the rides, you'll be spending more than visiting a dedicated amusement park. If you don't mind the warmer temperature, Enchanted Kingdom is a better option. This is perhaps one of the places where you come for curiosity but will find no reason to visit again.

One thing that I like in Sky Ranch is the great view of Taal Lake. There are many benches and gazebos to enjoy the view especially in the afternoon when the temperature gets cooler.

1st Papusitan Festival in Lucban Quezon

The First Papusitan Festival in town was celebrated during the Easter Sunday every year. Last year was called "BUHUSAN" and was traditionally celebrated by the people at Lucban. Since I was born, i think they celebrated this said event as part of the Holy week celebration. First reason? Lucban has its ownnature of waterfalls and rivers that gives the town water supply. Plus theMount Banahaw that was said to be a water volcano. Every year, they spent tons of water that looks like there's flood and rain everywhere. So much fun is in the air.

Bulihan Festival 2012

The Bulihan Festival was conceptualized by Sampaloc Mayor Emmanuel Jesus Torres as a way of highlighting the importance of the peace-loving town’s buri industry. Called buli in the vernacular, buri is abundant in Sampaloc and buri bags and hats are a major industry and source of income for the townsfolks.
The town is a major supplier of buri products, participating in major trade fairs regularly, yet little is heard about Sampaloc, much unlike its neighboring town Lucban, which is famous for its Pahiyas Festival. This prompted Mayor Torres to come up with an original idea for a town festival, and because buri is its major industry, he thought of putting together the Bulihan Festival.
